Free Technical Support

Technical support via email is included with every Catalyst subscription. Our technical support team can be contacted at any time. Office business hours are 9AM-5PM Monday to Friday, Melbourne, Australia time (UTC +10).

Web Based, Hosted CRM

We host all the servers and equipment for your CRM system, so all you need is an Internet connection. You can access your CRM system from the office, from home or on the road.

Data Encryption

Catalyst keeps your data safe by utilizing industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption. This means that all your sensitive customer information is kept safe from prying eyes.

Nightly, Offsite Backups

In keeping with best practices, we take a backup of your CRM data each night. We also keep a copy in a secure, offsite location in case of emergency.*

Personalized Company URL

Each Catalyst plan includes your own special URL just for your company. This makes access information easier to remember for when you're on the road.
